Important Notification for Windows XP and Vista Users
As of Monday, April 23, 2018 due to enhanced security requirements, our online banking platforms will no longer support connectivity with Windows XP and Vista Operating systems, Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and below. Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 will still be supported. Additionally, Microsoft IE Desktop versions 9 and 10, while capable when run in Windows 7 or newer, will not be enabled to run by default. In order to access online banking, our customers currently utilizing either Windows XP or Vista or Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or below will need to upgrade to a higher level version of Windows such as Windows 7, 8.0, 8.1, 10 prior to April 23, 2018.
The updated software requirements may affect your ability to access your estatements. If you wish to cancel eStatements and resume receipt of paper statements, you may do so by accessing Electronic Statements in your Online Banking Profile, selecting “Edit User Settings,” and changing your selection to Paper. You may also contact Deposit Operations at (866) 492-8123, or visit one of our convenient banking center locations for assistance. Continuing to access your estatements after receiving this notice is reaffirmation of your consent to receive your statements electronically.
After April 23, 2018, customers with Windows XP or Vista or Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or below will be unable to access the online banking website. Customers can continue to access our online banking module through our mobile application or other supported, compatible systems and browsers.
