New Start Checking
The New Start Checking Account is for those individuals who have been reported to Chexsystems. It offers the customer a “second chance” at maintaining a checking account. After being opened for a period of one year, this account is potentially eligible to convert to another type of checking account. OOPS! is not available on New Start Checking.
